Propagandhi "Duplicate Keys Icaro (An Interim Report)" on Exclaim! TV

When Winnipeg punk legends Propagandhi were in Toronto promoting their excellent new album Failed States, Exclaim! TV caught up with them at their soundcheck at the Phoenix Concert Theatre. Performing to a handful of people, this performance is more subdued than the typical Propagandhi live show.
